We are very happy to announce that we will hold a 7 day residential retreat in Portugal in March 2023.
The venue will be the beautiful Karuna Retreat Center close to Monchique in Algarve. The center offers simple shared rooms (2-3 beds) with shared bathrooms for 28 people total. If you would like to have your own room or want some more comfort there are many options close by.
The center has a wonderful big hall for us with an amazing view over the hills of Monchique. And they will prepare three vegetarian meals for us each day.
Every day we will have light meditations and workshops with Bärbel and gentle body work with Sabina. The exact schedule will be announced when the retreat starts.
