ONLINE WEEKEND RETREAT
The retreat is held bilingually in German and English. All meetings take place online via Zoom.
During this weekend you are in divine consciousness with everything you do. Bärbel keeps you in her light day and night. This is clearly noticeable for everyone and can change and transform a lot.
In each of our retreats or meditation weekends, transformation takes place, the undiscovered can become visible and it is possible that this enables you to find new, lighter and more conscious ways of living your life.
In the Zoom Meetings, Bärbel will answer questions about non-duality and divine consciousness. Individual processes will not be discussed, this is only possible in the individual sessions. As with all of our retreats, there are no face-to-face discussions in the group. This is not necessary, the light works in every individual.
Sabina's Inner Body Flow is a gentle way to open your body. Everyone can participate, no previous knowledge is required. It is important to have a quiet place, with enough space to spread out a yoga mat and be able to move on the floor, approximately 2.50m x 2.50m.
For the Zoom Meetings, all participants will receive an email with the required links a few hours before the first meeting on Friday. It is recommended to install and set up Zoom beforehand. The meetings are opened about 15 minutes before the start, so everyone has time to set up.

- Mobile phone or computer with internet and camera

- Headphones are advantageous for the conversations with Bärbel
- A quiet undisturbed place where you can lie down comfortably
- A quiet undisturbed place where you can move around on the floor
- For the meditations: a blanket to cover yourself
- For Inner Body Flow:
- Yoga mat
- Wooden broomstick or similar wooden stick (min 1 meter long)
- Yoga belt or bathrobe belt
- Cotton blanket or large beach towel
- Tennis ball or other tight ball of a similar size
Everyone who wants to participate will have the opportunity to do so.
